It was too much of an hollywood action movie for me to like it. The many upward screams to the sky(Noooo!!!) was corny as fuck and lets not forget the "lets walk away from the explosions slowly" moment. I just didnt like it even though my friends did. meh.

I ganked this off a website and watched this weekend. Complete ass. I have yet to be even remotely satisfied with any X-Men related flick Marvel has done so far. I don't even like Iron Man or Hulk (The Incredible one) but both of those movies were way better. Marvel needs to step it up otherwise DC is going to outshine them, especially with the JLA movie on the way.

WTF at making Gambit look like a complete pussy. That was the part I was most excited about and he comes out of the bar to have wolverine non-schalantly punch him in the face and knock him out?! Lame. They should've done a full movie on Gambit instead, Wolverine is too cliche and was featured plenty in the X-Men movies.

AND, where was that Canadian team Wolverine lead for awhile? What was it called in the comics? Like Alpha something or other, it had some huge sasquatch? Vanja will probably know. I was expecting them to atleast have a cameo.

*Oh, and I never heard of that Asian agent guy or the character Will.I.Am played.

*AND WTF at dating Wolverine and Sabertooth to the 1800's?! The opening scene with them in all the wars was sick but it seemed like a stretch. They could heal, but they aren't anti-aging.

they are anti-aging, healing factor stops cells from dying, so prolly not a stretch.

the team you're looking for is alpha flight and i think the movie features them in some way since sabretooth is alpha flight, and silver fox it's where he meets her. heather and james hudson are alpha flight as well.

and you also gotta remember teams change alot, squastaush or whatever may have not been an original member or even there when wolverine was.

Wolverine was a young kid in the 19th century. Yes he ages extremeily slow, the movie is correct. He is by far over 100 years old.

The Alpha Flight stuff is impossible to put into the movie, especialy since all Marvel movies are now creating a cohesive universe. Simply impossible to insert with any acuracy into this timeline, and honestly not needed, there's nothing great about it. That would be cramming too much to an already large cast of characters.
