FaQ’s last round made me violently sick, but then I caught on to the irony quick…
I figured that Tim Drake’s the type that he’d pick coz we’ve already seen he’s inspired by Dick.

Explanation:

Tim Drake’s Robin was inspired by Dick Grayson’s original Robin. The last round in this tourney was gay themed and FaQ was inspired by dick. (Yeah yeah I know I went off in the last round too, but mine was inspired by asshole not dick so it’s way less gay).

His character’s called Tim Drake. Kendrick’s viral track Not Like Us accused rapper Drake of pedophilia. Tim Drake’s in Young Justice, my character Bob’s in X Agency.

Rob hater because I fucking detest Robin, and my character Bob was played by actor Robert Hayter in the Deadpool movie. Also breaking 4th wall, in keeping with Deadpool, by having my character acknowledge that he’s a character played by an actor. Whatever.

Vote - Hydra Birb

at first i was kinda put off by the mentioning of last round cuz we’re in character, but then i remembered that this is a Deadpool character which means 4th wall breaking powers (a comic character “breaking the 4th wall” simply means they are aware they are in a fictional narrative and that there is a real world outside of their existence).. that was a cool added layer to the verse. the punches were hard, the Drake flip & closing nameplay were both fire. very consistent, vulgar & to the point. this was a Bob verse all the way.

Tim Drake Robin came with heat too. my one and only drawback is a thematic one. Robin doesn’t use guns. Tim Drake is the “smart” Robin who gets down and dirty of course, but before that he uses his head and his surroundings to outwit opponents. i feel like if the verse was approached from that angle it would have fit the character more. as it stands this verse seems more like it would be spit by Jason Todd Robin, who is all about that gun life. from that aspect, i think it would have been SUPER close to judge cuz the metaphors were fire.

honestly the deciding factor was the 1st bar. cuz the 2nd & 3rd bars were fucking stupidly in-character. very intelligent bars. it’s just the 1st bar that is kinda out of character for Tim Drake so Hydra Bob takes it for the consistency.
