@FaQEyeReddit , i hated the “Chair Force” when i was in lol. overseas them niggas had living quarters & an HQ that looked like it was straight outta garrison. cushy upholstery, frigid air conditioning, impeccably clean cammies. crazy stark contrast to the surround dust & filth that was everywhere. my company was tasked with delivering water to the different sections of the Camp we were stationed on, & this particular section my platoon was assigned to housed the AF compound.. the way these niggas would look at us when a bunch of dusty, uniformed stained, cigarette smelling Marines came to deliver water on their compound was a look of pure revulsion lmao. whenever we’d enter their HQ building to sign the drop manifest we’d stomp our boot dust off on their pristine, shiny floor lol.. used to get in so much trouble for that shit when we got back to our motor pool.

after a while i realized it wasn’t hate i was feeling toward the zoomies, but envy. i knew i joined the wrong service lol.

now i recommend anyone joining to go Air Force. all the same benefits. better job retention skills upon leaving service. probly 5% of the bullshit & physical exertion experienced by combat arms branches so you won’t look like you aged 20 years in 4 & will most likely add years to your life as opposed to losing years due to needless stress lol.
