Whereas, the insult you thrust at your opponent is that he has has "BEEN" scared. That is, he was formerly scared, at some point in the past, but isn't any longer. My favourite bit is the refrain though. It is so hilariously forthright, and yet, equally, it doesn't quite say anything at all. I like how the last 3 points in your evocation describing how things are done in Fort Myers, grime, shit and slime, could all be expected to be found in a gutter, the first point. There is something comforting about this. As there is in the resilience of niggas to go on "suckin it"... whatever the weather.
