Voting panels are stupid in my opinion. Still opens the door for dick riding.

Back in the day, a Character Limit was set. Voters had to basically drop a pretty extensive explanation in order to even submit a vote. I think a bar by bar break down is cool. I normally do a bar by bar break down. It not only justifies my vote but also the critique helps the emcee's improve in areas critiqued.

Just my opinion - I've been off of forums sites for years but use to be on a lot of them and have text/audio battled for years as well.

For every person that votes on 10 battles in a week, 10 points will be added to their ranks.

Naw, it's already too easy to get in a champ match. Giving people points for anything other than winning battles just makes for mediocre champ matches.

At the moment (if that was implemented) someone could go win one battle, vote on 10 and get a shot at the belt. Lol

Well I'm down for 5 as well. At the end of the day, 5 or 10 points it shouldn't matter if everyone votes, but we know that's not going to be the case.

Also, maybe if a panel is made up of veterans and/or people with accomplishments or whatever.. for people to use IF THEY WANT TO and their opponent agrees. So like, if we wanted our battle to be judged strictly by people who know what the fuck they're talking about, we'd have that option.

Like, some cats run around here critiquing stuff they have no place critiquing because they're terrible themselves. If 2 guys that are skilled are battling and they don't want newbies flooding in and/or an inaccurate outcome to their battle, they should have the option to agree on letting only awarded members vote or something.
