download some instrumentals, and start freestylin. Force yourself to freestyle about different subjects. I like to get someone to say words while im freestylin and I have to use the word that they said. It's a really good excercise. Always practice OUT LOUD. It does no good to do it in your head.

Yeah the only way is doing it over and over and over... just battle all the time that helps... and just write till your fingers fall off... Ohp pick complex words out of the dictioarty and learn the meaning and try to find creative ways to flip the words around to make storys with the meanings... Peace...
