Dont Call Me A Nigga
Dont call me a nigga...
i say it as i dust off my two cents laying on the floor
picking up those two pennies lookin like my soul
whether bold or in hiding, smoking crack or fighting
takin pride in the fact i can ride till i die
smiling and when im not, shining cause im black
trapped where poverty is a hobby, job, and way of being
laughed at the g's seeing that they aint gangsta like me
i might be, slightly off my rocker like John
word pop ya like gats gettin phat kitty cat
you know what im talkin about cock-her like spaniel
i tried to figure it out in these times when an apartment can be a brick house
and if a shorty is a brick house she suck dick like a muthafucka
but i demand you dont call ME a nigga
for keepin it real, hood sprinters who run blocks
and the true ballers wet with a glock instead of a jumpshot
run up on you like "where you from oc?" colors and crews
towns and signs i swear to someone i dont believe in i've seen my death a thousand times
40's and fronts bitches and blunts desserts on trucks and desert eagles that pump
where basketball courts make bench warmers of the feeblest thugs
where the innocent pick up bids is where i dropped my cents, or is it sense?
either way its intense, grown men running from stickup kids
pigs look the other way as my mother falls and takes another stray
brothers deliver MAD harm, touch you if you rockin white tees or phat farm
what would you do-fam, stay true-can you say "dont worry i got my crew man?"
i say this to say dont call me a nigga because im a hue-man
where the Temptations went from ya pops singin a melody to that little girl melanie
u tryna stare through her skirt, irkin you cause of the shit you'll never see
in my memory peddling bicycles, 10 cent icicles, and house parties
shorties who willin to try anything, if i missed a nerve then im sorry
triggas lean back like a single poppin like pringle tops, every single shot
i feel burned in my dreams, feel my world burn at the seams
spittin passionate, leave enemies littered with gat shower
clean like a censored CD where they block out "black power"
you gotta kick soo much ass my toes cluttered wit blisters
where children thinkin kin if they heard Chuck D say "Brothas and Sistas"
now niggas get caught up in the streets, find theyselves in big shit
and when another one of us die is the only time i hear, can you dig it?
and its funny cause i said the shit twice and if i had to figure
anything to call me i would have to say a nigga
semi-ignorant thinkin revenge when i say i got a nigga's back
remember when weed and beads was a niggas crack?
now its koolaid and coke but its always been who got the bigger sack
bigger dreams so lookout for them block jews
livin on wax watchin blaxploitation at Cookouts and Barbershops 2
and pardon me if you consider us black people a race of faces
disgraced wit triggas doin things killas do
and just know you cant say the shit around me if u white even if u my nigga too
flowin nigga spirituals, nigga words, nigganometry
i could say nigga and each time it could amass the national debt
and plummet the economy, nigga ways where niggas lie in nigga graves
little nigga girls raised alongside little nigga gays
and nigga men, nigga boys, niggas and niggarettes
nigga toys like heinekens and menthol ciggarettes
nigga techs niggabites give me a lending
hand as i end with a dont call me a nigga ending
black white brown yellow, every figured face
you fallin behind but this aint even about the nigga race
just a niggas rants do a nigga dance in my nigga way
so you know what not to call me just listen to what this nigga say
sry to put u up to the task of reading this long ass poem but i'll try to return the favor to anyone kind enough to read this, 1luv.

to be honest there was a point in the middle where I was like damn this is a long ass poem, but you kept drawing me in you have stated so many things in this poem with unequalled cleverness ie. hue-man. I kinda think this was two poems because the message wavered but only slightly and i can understand why this is not two. and i can definitly relate to it I'm hearin most of this out my window right now; very precise imagery notha strong drop

This was a cool piece. The concept was aight. Wordplay was ill. I've seen similar from slam poets, and I think this fits in well with that genre of poetry. I'd like to hear/see this performed, cause I don't think just the words do it justice. Emotion and a voice would make it evern better.
"i've seen my death a thousand times"\
-Really liked this line.
Overall, this was cool shit. Keep doin' you, homie.

Sup Nfamous..
This really was a great piece...I felt it got better, in all aspects, especially flow, as it progressed toward the ending. The multi's were perfectly placed, the imagery was at its best, and the content was definately hard hitting and thought provoking. Some of the lines I was really feeling were:
"spittin passionate, leave enemies littered with gat shower
clean like a censored CD where they block out "black power" "
^F'n great.
"and plummet the economy, nigga ways where niggas lie in nigga graves
little nigga girls raised alongside little nigga gays"
This line made me sad, very powerful piece with a strong message and an even stronger delivery. Great read...good work..stay up.

Whats up NFamous. I really like this poem, it was a really good break from all the other style poems that are around here. I like how this was just written emotion. Yes, this was a long poem, but it was well worth taking the time to read. The word play in this was chosen almost perfectly...............In all reality i agree with Wicked and Sublime, this would probly be awsome if you actually rapped it in person.
.............fav part.............
nigga techs niggabites give me a lending

The whole description of this poem was internally well.
i couldn't have done better with the topic myself.
the whole concept of this peice, was managed through secure imaginary. you know what im sayin?
anyways, you had the content there, definitly the emotion,
really strong emotion, and thats a plus Famous.
