the opener was funny. second bar was ok, fagot/sticks wordplay been around but the multis were sound. closer was… very very to the point of the theme & i’ll leave it at that lmao.

Zqlkular has some very imaginative wordplay. the opener was ok, second bar was very well crafted & funny. closer was actually pretty dope.

if this were a regular battle, i think qlik would’ve edged due to the connectivity of the 2nd & 3rd bars, but my drawback is that his verse seemed like a regular “you’re gay” battle verse as opposed to what the theme entailed in that the writer makes reference to their own fruitishishness at well. i think that is the separation between the two. Hek dove ass first into the assignment & came out on top. all diddy.

he easily had the more polished verse for the topic. Zq had some interesting concepts but they didnt seem focused into a punch or any type of payoff .

I'll give it to Zq. Hek's style was not very enjoyable to me. The flow's all over the place. The line "Yo’ fellatio ratio be a mathematical marvel" alone takes it for me. Vote: Zq.

I like Zjf)nfqgl’s style, always cool to see a unique approach like that on here. Content-wise I’ve got to give it to HEK though, the wordplay was denser and more cohesive, plus he better fulfilled the brief.

HEK - opening bar was joke, set up was funny as shit, tbh your set ups combined with slightly chaotic writing style throughout made it all pretty comedic, no super hard punches but I rated it still.

Zqlkular - good sportsmanship prior to dropping, I respect that. Verse wasn't bad but I think the gay bars angle got confused along the way so I got HT taking this.
